A warm atmosphere prevailed at the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday when the office-bearers of Uttar Pradesh Yuva Vyapar Mandal (District & City units) extended a grand welcome 🌸 to newly-appointed District Magistrate Akshay Tripathi.
