Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel on Monday unveiled the inspirational book ‘Karm Kumbh’, authored by senior IAS officer and Jaunpur District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra Singh, at the seminar hall of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University.

📖 The book, centered on the grand Mahakumbh 2025, beautifully captures the administrative vision, cultural heritage, and human sensitivity associated with the world’s largest spiritual gathering. It reflects Dr. Singh’s deep commitment to public service and his multidimensional approach to governance and tradition.

🗣️ Dr. Dinesh Chandra Singh, while addressing the gathering, said that the success of Mahakumbh 2025 preparations owes much to the “visionary leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.”
A day prior to the launch, he presented a copy of Karm Kumbh to the Chief Minister and received his blessings and inspiring guidance.

🎓 The ceremony was graced by:

  • Yogendra Upadhyay, Minister for Higher Education
  • Dr. Rajni Tiwari, Minister of State for Education
  • Sunil Dutt, Chairman, Reliance
  • Prof. Dr. Vandana Singh, Vice-Chancellor, VBSPU
  • District Magistrate & CDO Ghazipur, and Jaunpur CDO Dhruv Khadiya, among others.

✨ Speakers noted that launching the book on the auspicious day of Sharad Purnima symbolizes divine radiance, purity, and inspiration — values mirrored in the soul of Karm Kumbh.

🪶 Edited by senior Delhi-NCR journalist and political analyst Kamlesh Pandey, the book has earned praise for its cultural insight and administrative depth.

📚 Dr. Singh’s earlier acclaimed works include:

  • Kaal Prerna — based on reflections from the pandemic 🦠
  • Karm Nirnay — a collection of administrative experiences 🏛️

Both were released by former Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan and received wide appreciation.

🌸 Karm Kumbh, thus, stands as a tribute to the spirit of Karma, Culture, and Kumbh — a journey blending duty with devotion.
